Tree House
Situation
The cottage is one of a semi detached pair and is situated on a very quiet lane (used only by the farmer), which runs down to the fields, cliffs and Irish Sea. The coastline (which is a ¼ of a mile from the cottages) is rocky and very beautiful with an abundance of fauna and flora.
On clear days Ireland and the Mull of Kintyre can be seen. There is also a Norman motte on the shoreline. Fields of grass and grazing cattle surround the cottages.
There is parking directly outside the cottage.
A small veranda with table and chairs allows for tea outside on warmer days.
The cottage is centrally heated and double-glazed making it warm and cosy for winter visitors.
Accommodation
The cottage sleeps 4 - with a twin room and a double room, living/dining room, bathroom and kitchen.
The living room is very comfortable with T.V, DVD player, radio/cd and telephone.
The kitchen is modern with fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, microwave and all basics.
Bathroom with WC, bath/shower and basin.
A cot is available on request.
Bed linen duvets, blankets, table linen and towels are provided.
The first £5.00 of electricity is provided and thereafter is charged by £1.00 coins
Your welcome pack is provided, as is all information on the surrounding area.
